Job Duties:
• Provide technical support to the call center, including system, network, server individual PCs and work position
• Support IT team on system change of database; feedback collection, suggestion and or improvement recommendation to liaison with vendor
• Assist on hardware and software inventory
• Responsible on data population, analysis and report
• Assist the superior on Project Management
• Provide administrative support if needed
Requirement:
• High Diploma/ Degree holder. Preferable in Computer Science or Information Technology
• At least 2 years of experience in Technical Support in Call Centre Support
• Good knowledge of PC Operating System, especially on Data Analytics tools
• Immediately available is preferred
