Job Summary
To drive growth in the automotive sector. This role focuses on developing and maintaining strong relationships with local automotive brands and dealers, identifying client needs, and delivering customized integrated marketing solutions leveraging live streaming, influencer marketing, and advertising. The position requires close collaboration with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction. You will also introduce industry KOL/KOC resources to enhance brand partnerships, manage performance targets for client acquisition and revenue, and conduct regular market and competitor analysis to refine business strategies.

Responsibilities
• Client Development & Relationship Management: Independently develop automotive brands and dealer clients in the local market, establishing long-term partnerships.
• Needs Analysis & Solution Design: Understand client needs thoroughly and create tailored integrated marketing solutions based on live streaming, influencer marketing, advertising, and related services.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Coordinate with internal content, operations, and technical teams to ensure efficient project execution and high client satisfaction.
• Industry Resource Integration: Introduce automotive industry KOL/KOC resources to enhance brand collaboration value.
• Performance Management: Achieve annual and quarterly business development targets, including client acquisition, contract value, and payment collection.
• Market Analysis: Regularly analyze market trends and competitor strategies to optimize business approaches.

Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in business development or marketing within the automotive industry; familiarity with automotive brands and dealer markets.
• Hong Kong native with established local automotive brand/dealer resources and the ability to quickly initiate partnerships.
• Strong business negotiation, client relationship management, and proposal development skills; proven track record in leading business or marketing projects.
• Basic understanding of live streaming, influencer marketing, and advertising models; ability to accurately match client needs.
• Results-driven, entrepreneurial mindset, and resilience under pressure; adaptable to a fast-paced international business environment.
• Experience in MCN agencies, advertising firms, or automotive brands is preferred.
• Bachelors degree or above; proficiency in English for professional communication.
• Mandarin proficiency (preferred but not mandatory).
