Head of Product Management

Job Responsibilities
• Work with business partners in product onboarding, promotion, review, and assessment
• Provide product training to the sales team and support them in promoting various products.
• Conduct market research, and provide regular market updates on different types of wealth management products.
• Ensure completeness of product review documentation and records.
• Maintain good relationships with our business partners.
• Ensure appropriate operational process controls are in place to fulfill compliance, regulation and internal policy requirements
• Assist to formulate sales strategy to achieve business targets.
• Optimize working relationship with stakeholders, functions, teams and partners to identify customer needs, including market research, focus groups, industry analysis and insights

Job Requirements
• Bachelor degree or above
• Min.8 years of working experience in wealth management industry, with min. of 3 years in product related role
• Strong business acumen to drive product development and portfolio growth
• Strong entrepreneurial mind set and as well a good team player
• Strong written and verbal communications, analytical, problem solving, organizational and interpersonal skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and to prioritise and deliver high quality work
• Self-motivated. Should have a collaborative approach and be a team player with great sense of ownership
