About our client

Our client is a well-established retail banking group in Hong Kong. With their continuous expansion in business, they are now looking for high caliber to join their Investment Product (Funds Product) team for a Senior Product Manager position.

About the role

Reporting to the Team Head of Investment Product, you will formulate and develop business and product plans for Funds Products. You are responsible for managing overall product development, product regulations, system enhancement and sales channels management. You have to conduct funds portfolio analysis and suggest recommendations to stakeholders to achieve business targets. You are requested to improve digital customer experience by supporting UXUI design and tracking customer behavior to enhance service quality. In addition, you will work closely with regional teams to expand funds business to target countries to maximize business profits effectively.

The successful applicant

To qualify, the successful individual must possess:
• Degree holder in Business, Marketing or related disciplines.
• Minimum 10-12 years of experience in Funds Product Development in retail banks in Hong Kong.
• Solid in managing digital projects, product compliance and portfolio analysis for funds product is essential.
• Strong business sense, good analytical mind and digital project management.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
