Department: Customer Service Centre
Responsibilities
• Responsible for customer service digital strategy operation and project management, and promote digital intelligence transformation and construction.
• Responsible for the construction of digital intelligent tools in the field of customer service, empowering frontline production and complaint handling, and facilitating high-quality services and high-precision marketing.
• Responsible for the construction of customer tags and customer portraits, building a precise and scalable data model based on users, and effectively supporting customer insights and refined business operations.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems related disciplines or equivalent
• At least 3 years relevant experience in system development or mobile telecom industry, candidate with more experience will consider as Senior Data Analyst
• Familiar with commonly used databases, web development technologies, server-side development technologies, front-end development technologies, etc.
• Passion on building new system/application and continuously optimize it based on observation, study system usage and user's need. Well organized, with analytical mind and work independently. Detail-oriented and eager to work with complex business workflows
• Proficiency in written & Oral of English, Chinese and Putonghua is must
