Web Programming Officer (IT Training / web portal support, over $30K)

Job Description:
• Organising online staff training programmes and activities
• Providing IT support for all online/onsite National Studies and related mandatory training
• Generating all grades' staff activities reports for supporting the Departmental and Grade Communication Committee Meetings
• Managing all training materials on both departmental and section websites
• Developing and managing newly developed portals including National Studies Portal, Integrity Management Portal, e-Newsletter Portal and Putting Our Hearts Into It Portal, and all multi-media and navigation work for these portals
• Re-developing the system for Personal Development Plan
• Taking photos, shooting and editing videos for all staff training programmes and activities.

Requirements
• Higher Diploma in Computer Science or related subjects
• With 2 years working experience in IT training / IT support / web programming
• At least 2 years in Microsoft Active Server Page Scripting, HTML, JavaScript
• At least 2 years experience in web design and maintenance
• Good communication skills
