IT Project Manager - Trading Company exp

A Fashion Multinational Trading company is looking for a IT Project Manager

Responsibilities
• Develop IT strategy and lead the IT teams across locations to support the business operations
• Review, establish and implement effective IT policies and procedures
• Strive for continuous improvement and proactively understand user requirements to improve the company’s hardware, network and software solutions.
• Monitor the day-to-day IT operation on system administration, security management, data backup, disaster recovery and helpdesk support.
• Project management and project risk assessment.
• Perform IT asset management and IT budgeting
• Manage IT projects implementation
• Perform product evaluation, vendor selection, vendor management and procurement of IT solutions / products.
• Ensure all the contractual commitments and deliverables are successfully delivered by vendors on time and within budget.
• Coach, develop and motivate IT team of Hong Kong and Asian office. Travel to Asian offices if necessary.

Requirement
• Bachelors or masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering.
• 10+ years of IT industry experience, with at least 5+ years of experience in managing multiple, medium size cross-functional teams or projects.
• Project management and change management skills.
• Outstanding communication, leadership and customer service skills.
• Experiences and deep understanding of infrastructure technologies, system integration, and systems architecture.
• Knowledgeable in data center facilities, enterprise networks, and operating systems.
• Proven leadership skills in leading and developing people, and collaborating in teams.
• Experiences in global collaboration.
• Willing to travel.
