Achieve the annual revenue targets set by the team and drive sustainable business growth.
Proactively develop institutional clients, including but not limited to listed companies, corporate clients, financial institutions (banks, insurance companies, securities firms, asset management companies, etc.) and family offices.
Maintain relationships with existing clients, deliver professional and efficient client services, and enhance client stickiness and satisfaction.
Conduct in-depth exploration of client needs and provide diversified asset service solutions covering funds, bonds, structured products, etc.
Monitor market dynamics and promptly communicate investment advice and product information.
Full-time bachelor’s degree or above.
At least 5 years of working experience in institutional sales, with abundant institutional client resources and strong capabilities in client development and relationship management.
Familiar with financial markets and related businesses, proficient in diversified asset allocation involving funds, bonds, structured products, etc.
Excellent communication and coordination skills, market sensitivity, and a strong results-oriented mindset.
