What you’ll be doing:
• Lead an engineering team to deliver software solutions that meet or exceed customers’ expectations and resolve their problems
• Provide technical leadership over the product cycles and work closely with different teams to contribute ideas and consolidate functional and nonfunctional requirements
• Design system architecture and responsible for coding of key components of the application and system interfaces with high complexity to ensure the security, stability and scalability of the system implementation
• Define and develop the team workflow, coding guidelines and best practices for better collaboration among teammates
• Regular review of the technical work with product team to ensure the implementation that resolves customer’s pain points and product releases of good quality and on schedule
• Run and improve an agile engineering process, setting goals and deliverables to maximize the team's efficiency

Must have:
• Degree holder in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related disciplines
• At least 5 working experience in software development and proven experience as a software architect
• Excellent knowledge of software and application design and architecture
• Proven leader with an entrepreneurial spirit who is excited to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Good problem solving and analytical skills
• Great oral and written communication skills in both Chinese and English
• Candidates with exceptional technical capabilities or experiences would be considered with the role of VP of Engineering
