A Hong Kong Developer is looking for a Sales Manager to join their team

About the Role
• Act as a back end support role and maintain daily operation in Sales and Marketing Department
• Communicate with internal departments and external vendors and JV partners
• Conduct and consolidate reports and analysis on different projects
• Assist in managing frontline staff during sales launch
• Involve in the operation process of PRC projects

The successful applicants
• Degree holder in Real Estate or related disciplines
• 5 years or above on Residential Sales experience
• Independent, flexible and strong stakeholder management
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
