Procurement Officer
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for procurement duties, including purchase requisitions, sourcing, quotation analysis, and purchase orders, PO payment requests and supplier management process
Manage the vendors on price and business terms which are ensuring compliance with related policies and procedures.
Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods and services
Assist in managing documentation and maintain good record trail of transactions.
Other ad-hoc tasks assigned.
Requirements
Degree or above in business administration, finance, procurement, or related discipline
2 years or more relevant work experience in procurement, preferably in sizeable organisations and IT related goods and services
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software and computerised accounting / purchasing systems
Good negotiation, problem-solving, time management, interpersonal and communication skills;
Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English
Good team player, self-motivated and proactive
