Job Description
Provide support on Windows server and desktop
Provide troubleshooting and problem solving on server and desktop issues
Provide advice to improve service delivery and daily operations and manage end user complaints
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly operation reports
Perform server and desktop patch update
Job Requirements:
University degree or above in Information System / Computer Studies or related disciplines is preferred
3 year or above working experience in related field is preferred.
Holder of minimum 2 IT professional certificate related to system, Server and Network
Solid experience in supporting Windows platform and products such as Active Directory, Exchange server and Microsoft Office (e.g. excel/word/outlook)
Solid experience in sever/workstation hardening, networking and Veeam backup administration
Good end user management skills and ability to listen, analyze and identify relevant solutions
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
