Hands on exp. in Firewall: Fortinet,WatchGuard,etc
Job Descriptions:
Responsible for inhouse and customer support services (5 days a week)
Provides PC/LAN management and resolves hardware, software, networking, and configuration issues in PCs, laptops, network printers, and more.
Help desk support, administration and maintenance on Windows servers and mail servers
Apply regular security patches, update server certificates, install fixes/security patches, perform system health checks
Set up, maintain and monitor server backup jobs and necessary data recovery tasks
