Responsibilities
• Focus on building effective data visualizations and ensuring seamless data integration to support business insights
• Involve in data platform development and be mainly in charge of data modeling
• Review applications for BI resources and audit the usage to avoid resource abuse
• Collaborating with IT and other parties for operation process improvement
• Establish and improve the guidelines and procedures to support data governance
• Create and implement interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau
• Connect and integrate data from various sources into Tableau
• Clean and transform data using Tableau Prep or ETL tools
• Enhance dashboard performance for faster load times and responsiveness
• Work with business users to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions
• Provide training and assistance to end-users on Tableau tools and best practices
• Ensure compliance with data security and governance policies
• Identify and resolve issues related to dashboards and data connectivity
• Maintain documentation for dashboards, data sources, and processes

Requirements
• 3 years' experience in data analysis with at least 2-year hands-on experience in application of big data
• Bachelor’s degree holder preferably in Information Systems
• Proficient in Tableau or other BI tools, such as powerBI, FineBI, etc.
• Self-motivated, proactive, responsible and customer focus attitude
• Able to work independently and cooperate with other parties
• Ability to work under pressure and complete tasks in tight schedule
• A team player with excellent interpersonal skills
• Good customer handling skills and manners
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese including Mandarin
