Fullstack System Analyst / Software Engineer

Responsibilities
• Strong understanding of programming languages, frameworks, and tools in Java development
• Collaborate with a team to develop applications and services using Agile development methods
• Work on user interfaces, server-side logic, databases, and integrations with third- party services
• Lead junior team members in system enhancement development and resolving production incidents
• Design technical solutions based on business requirements
• Utilize tools and ingenuity to identify and resolve defects proactively
• Evaluate and recommend potential solutions based on technical and business considerations
• Contribute to the success of the organization by delivering high-quality software solutions

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Minimum 4-6 years for Software development
• Recent experience with Java, Java SpringBoot / React Native / NodeJS / SQL
• Familiarity with web libraries and FRAMEWORKS like ReactJS and Angular
• Proficient in conducting technical analysis, independent troubleshooting, and proposing solutions
• Effectively use tools and ingenuity to identify and fix defects before they become a problem
• Experience in leading a team of 2-5 junior developers for System Analyst
• Knowledge of MongoDB
• Proficiency in Agile Development practices
• Strong communication skills in both English and Cantonese
