Our client has a new opportunity for a Senior Manager focused on Business Process Improvement within their finance team. This role is critical to support upcoming business expansion and transformation initiatives, particularly as they acquire new businesses in Europe and overseas.

About The Role
• Lead business process improvement initiatives to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align processes with business' strategic goals.
• Identify and implement the right technologies and systems to automate and systematize workflows.
• Analyze current processes and recommend improvements to support business growth and transformation.
• Facilitate training and change management activities to ensure smooth transitions to new processes and systems.

Requirements
• Proven experience in business process improvement, ideally within a finance function.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions.
• Experience in managing projects related to process optimization and technology implementation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese essential for this role
• A proactive mindset with the ability to drive change in a fast-paced environment.
• Occasional travel to China will be required
