Our client is a long-established food manufacturer with 6 retail shops and over 30 distribution points in Hong Kong. They are now looking for high caliber candidates to join their Company.
Responsibilities:
Provide insights, trends and recommendations on navigation, design, and functionality so as to enhance user experience.
Manage and optimize product listings across our e-commerce platforms (company website and other channels).
Daily website operations including maintenance, content, product listings (images, descriptions, pricing, inventory availability).
Assist with order management and customer service support.
Collaborate with marketing team in planning and execution of online promotions and campaigns to boost traffic and sales.
Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics (traffic, conversion rate, etc).
Requirements:
Degree or above in E-Commerce, Marketing, Business or related discipline.
Min. 3 years relevant experience, in food retailing industry is an advantage.
Experience in managing e-commerce platforms.
Knowledge in photo editing/graphic design softwares.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, independent, well-organized, detail-minded, innovative and willing to learn.
Good command in both spoken and written Chinese and English.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and Chinese Word Processing.
