职位介绍:
1. 协助管理层制定和实施银行的长期战略计划, 包括市场进入、产品开发、并购和战略合作伙伴关系;
2. 跟进执行战略项目, 将战略规划转化为具体的行动方案, 并推动各部门协同合作, 确保战略的有效执行;
3. 跟进监督战略实施的效果, 通过制定关键绩效指标、定期评估战略 执行情况和调整战略方向, 确保企业战略目标的实现;
4. 进行深入的行业和市场研究, 开展行业政策、会议精神解读、同业对标研究并形成对银行发展具备指引性的研究成果;
5. 需要向管理层汇报战略进展和成果, 提供决策依据和建议。
职位要求:
1. 博士学历, 金融、经济、会计、商业管理等相关专业优先考虑;
2. 要求具备3年以上金融行业的战略规划等相关工作经验;
3. 具有相关专业认证资格者优先;
4. 具备较强的文字功底和数据分析能力; 具备良好的学习能力、抗压能力、沟通能力和团队合作精神;
5. 具备良好的职业素养, 过往无不良记录或被行业禁入的情况。
