With our dominance in Asia supporting 350,000+ brands, SHOPLINE has localised for Australia to take on the legacy platforms with access to the greatest features, high-level customisation, and industry-leading performance.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our brand voice, tone, and style guidelines
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and developers to craft copy that supports the user journey and meets business goals
• Write clear, concise, and user-centered copy for all digital touchpoints, including websites, mobile apps, emails, and social media
• Conduct research and analysis to inform copy decisions, including user testing, competitive analysis, and industry best practices
• Edit and proofread copy to ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand compliance
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure all copy is aligned with marketing, legal, and regulatory guidelines
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or related field
• 3+ years of experience as a copywriter, preferably in a UX or digital marketing environment
• Strong portfolio demonstrating excellent writing skills and ability to write for diverse audiences
• Experience working in an Agile development environment
• Experience with user testing and research methodologies
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
