Storage Backup Engineer - Global Transformation Project

Responsibilities
• Design, develop, test and support automation for the data protection services within the bank.
• Design, develop, test and support reporting and monitoring capabilities for the automation.
• Provide engineering support on the bank’s data protection products and their standard usage.
• Undertake product evaluation, new features, and versions.
• Produce clear and comprehensive documentation for all automation produced.

Key Requirements
• 7 - 10+ years’ experience in configuration management and orchestration using Puppet.
• 5+ years’ experience in configuration management and orchestration using Redhat Ansible.
• 5+ years’ experience in designing, developing, and testing Rest API services.
• 5+ years’ experience in Devops SCM tooling, GitHub, CI/CD tooling, Jenkins, CloudBees.
• Strong technical background in Veritas NetBackup and related infrastructure.
• Strong technical background in Commvault and related infrastructure.
