Project Manager - Architect - HK Developer

KITE Search is partnering with leading Hong Kong developer known for their impressive portfolio of real estate assets. Due to recent growth and forthcoming projects in Hong Kong the group is is looking to expand their project team.

About this role:

Currently we are looking for a Project Manager (Architect) who has a full complement of skills from design to project management with experience across luxury residential projects

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple large-scaled residential projects in Hong Kong from initial stage to completion, including the coordination and integration of design planning, contract administration, technical activities, managing external consultants & contractors and ensuring projects will be delivered within quality, schedule and budget.

Ideally you will posses the following:
• Degree in Architecture
• At least 10 years working in consultancy firms as project architect / developer experience
• Registered Architect in Hong Kong with HKIA or equivalent
• Experienced in end-to-end project delivery of large-scale projects in HK
• Familiar with building ordinance, end-to-end project delivery and coordinating with consultants, main contractors and government officials
• Energetic, highly motivated, strive for excellence and high level of accountability
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
