Responsibilities:
Promote wide range of consumer banking products and services to customers and solicit new business opportunities to achieve the branch business goals
Identify customer needs and offer appropriate banking services and solutions
Provide efficient and high quality services to customer with a professional manner
Ensure all the activities are conducted in compliance with the Bank's policies, procedures, guidelines and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree is an advantage; or HKDSE with 5 subjects at Level 2 or above, including Chinese / English and Mathematics or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years working experience in retail banking or financial institutions, exposure in financial products
Pass in IIQE papers 1, 2, 3 & HKSI papers 1, 7, 8 will be an advantage
Familiar with retail banking products and the operation procedures
Strong service and sales orientation, self-motivated with good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in both spoken and written Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and English
Candidate with less experience may be considered as Assistant Personal Banking Manager Trainee
