Master Data Administrator

Summary Lidl & Kaufland Asia is hiring a Master Data Administrator (German Speaking) to join our Master Data Management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the translation of product master information in German and English as well as the integrity of all master data by ensuring data is up to date and accurate in a manner that supports the business requirements of the Company.

What you'll do
• Execute master data creation, changes, and deletions in a timely and accurate manner
• Maintain & ensure data accuracy and integrity of ERP system of product master data
• Translate product specifications or other business documents among German and English
• Maintain effective documentation and filing system for both electronic copies and hardcopies
• Perform any ad hoc assignments as required

What you'll need
• Degree holder
• Good data awareness and have a keen eye for detail
• Responsible and proactive attitude
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good PC literacy with advanced MS Excel knowledge and skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese plus proficiency in German language (at least attained B1 Goethe level) is essential
• Knowledge in import/ export trade is definitely an advantage but not a must
