About Our Client
Our client is a leading service provider of traveling services. It is currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Partnership Development Manager to join the team and help expand the business partnerships with travel agents, hotels, retail establishments, and more.
Responsibility
• Develop and modify products for tourists.
• Identify and pursue strategic partnership opportunities to promote company's products and services.
• Cultivate strong relationships with existing and potential partners, including travel agents, hotels, and retail businesses, to drive mutual growth.
• Work closely with key organizations to raise the product market share in the travel and tourism market, including MICE organizers, government bodies and tourist attractionsf
• Conduct sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and finalize partnerships to ensure successful collaboration and revenue generation.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Work closely with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to align partnership initiatives with company goals and enhance customer experience.
• Monitor and report on partnership performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in partnership development, sales, or business development, preferably in the transportation or travel industry.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
